PORTLAND, ME\u00a0 \u2013 <\/strong>Today Consigli Construction Co., Inc.<\/a> in partnership with developer Reger Dasco Properties<\/a> celebrated a topping off ceremony to commemorate the completion of the super structure for phase 1 of Hobson\u2019s Landing, a new 196,000 square-foot mixed-use development of residential and retail space in the Old Port historic neighborhood of Portland.<\/p>\n Hobson\u2019s Landing is a 21-month long construction project that began in November 2018. Located at the former site of the Rufus Deering Lumber Yard, Consigli, Reger Dasco Properties, civil engineers Sebago Technics and Archetype Architects have worked extensively with the City of Portland to coordinate the successful installation of public utilities, traffic lane configuration and sidewalk construction.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are proud of our role in the redevelopment of Portland\u2019s historic neighborhoods and eager to join Reger Dasco Properties to celebrate this important milestone of the Hobson\u2019s Landing project, the newest enriching development in the Old Port,\u201d said Tom Weeks, Project Executive at Consigli. \u201cWe want to thank the City of Portland for continuing to work with us and look forward to being involved in more projects that will enhance the future of this city.\u201d<\/p>\n Hobson\u2019s Landing is Reger Dasco\u2019s latest development that reflects the resurgence of Portland\u2019s urban renewal. The development will link the West End, Old Port, and Waterfront areas of the city.
